For more than two decades, Hospice of the Valley has helped people through the most difficult times in their lives. Founded by volunteers and sustained by the community, Hospice of the Valley celebrates life by helping patients, family members, and others in need to live each day as fully as possible.

Hospice Care
Hospice of the Valley provides hospice care to patients with a life expectancy of six months or less. Hospice care is a total care program, providing medical care as well as any medical equipment, supplies, or medications needed by the patient.

Supportive Home Care
Hospice’s Supportive Home Care program is funded by Hospice of the Valley's Foundation and provides relief of physical, psychological, and spiritual distress of chronically ill patients and their families. Supportive Home Care is designed for patients who have chronic or life-limiting illnesses and whose prognosis is uncertain.

Grief Support Groups
Hospice of the Valley’s Community Bereavement Center was founded on the belief that grief is a natural and healthy reaction to loss. Hospice of the Valley provides free support groups for adults, adolescents and children to address the issues of grief.

Hospice of the Valley offers a variety of services, including educational workshops, speakers and consultations. All of the community services are available at no cost.
